Bindumadhav Kerur

Bindumadhav Kerur comes with 24+ years of diverse experience in working at Tier 1, Tier 2 companies ; as well as new Tech startups. At Crux Digital, Kerur heads Project delivery and product development teams.

Kerur played various key technical leadership roles such as Delivery Head, architecting solutions, Founding member; mentoring self sustainable high productive teams/units.

In his career of last 2 decades Kerur was instrumental in nurturing and guiding couple of startups/Units that have organically grown to a size of 1000+ members. Was instrumental in setting up key strategic customer accounts and new Tech initiatives; that started with just 1-2 resources .. now are 500+ member ODCs. Was deeply involved in getting a CMM Level 4 certification; Highly passionate on bringing new innovative practices/processes to improve the productivity and overall quality. Was instrumental in setting up and building a professional services team of 100+ members for a large Canadian based company – within a span of 1.5 years

Kerur holds Masters Degree in Software systems from BITS, Pilani; Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore University, Completed PGD specialized in AI & ML from IIIT, Bangalore. Received “ Kalinga Fellowship”; in the stream of “Power of Data and Technology” – along with senior leaders of Govt and like minded NGO organizations in bringing technology to solve social issues/concerns. As a passion completed Masters (Dvaita Vedant Vidwan) in Sanskrit from Karnataka Sanskrit University. Associated with NGO’s – like Sewa International for Voluntary activities/technical guidance.

Hobbies include building tools/platforms/solutions with latest technologies to solve common man’s social concerns.. analysis/discussions on Vedanta subjects and volunteering to help/guide people in need/stress

Arun Kiranagi

Started professional career 12 years ago as a Gosu/Java stack developer in Guidewire Claim, Billing and Policy Center. Has diverse Guidewire experience as configuration developer, integration developer and conversion developer. Has immense experience working across insurance consulting industry both onshore and offshore.

Performed as a lead Guidewire consultant with two of the big four consulting firms (EY & PWC) before moving onto smaller organization (SpiderLogic), then to a start-up(Crux). Arun has a first hand experience in building an organization from the scratch. Carried out responsibilities as lead, mentor, trainer, coach, manager, HR, admin and director in time and manner.

Worked with different Tiers of Insurance end clients in transformation of their business onto Guidewire platform efficiently and effectively. The project work spread across US and UK insurance clients. Certified in Guidewire platform and Insurance domain AINS series.

Arun has Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The National Institute of Engineering Mysore.

Sumanth Narayana

Sumanth is a seasoned IT Professional with more than 12 years of experience in P&C Insurance industry. He has rich experience in Insurance Core system transformation ,designing solutions in the Guidewire suite for business requirements and is well versed with Guidewire Products. He is proficient in application design, development, maintenance, and testing.

He has predominantly worked with US insurance clients. He has experience of handling offshore teams for clients. Prior to joining Crux as a Director, he has worked with PwC and Cognizant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore.

Anil Deshpande

Anil Deshpande is Chief Executive Officer of Crux digital, the global software consulting of choice that helps a diverse customer base design and build solutions to improve the world. Anil assumed the role of CEO in Sept 2018 and is responsible for architecting the company’s strategic direction and leading through a transformation. Along with strong workforce in US and India, Anil is focused on driving technology innovation and sustainable solutions across the industries and end markets.

Prior to starting Crux, Anil worked with PWC, Guidewire software in Insurance domain and with US interactive in CRM and telecom domain. Anil is highly accomplished as a Program Director /Solutions Architect with over 25 years of hands on SDLC Agile/water fall experience in delivery of Enterprise solutions to the Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Anil holds a Master degree in Electronic Design and Telecom engineering from Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore, India.

Arun Nair

Arun is a senior management Professional with 20+ years of experience in financial services and Insurance industry. He is experienced in developing Business and Technical Architecture, Technology strategy and Program Management capabilities for Large-scale Insurance Core Transformation programs. He has extensive experience in conducting executive interviews, documenting Business strategies, developing high-level requirements, creating business cases, creating solution design, and managing Transformation initiatives. He has worked in a variety of engagements such as core system replacement, new technology adoption, business process assessment, technology assessment, vendor evaluation, and outsourcing advisory for matured business processes. His technology experience includes working with leading solutions such as Guidewire application suite, Service oriented architecture (SOA) based integration, and Quality Assurance using HP quality tools.

Jeevankumar Dontul

Over 27 years of rich experience in working with top Customers across the globe and a unique set of skills covering the end-to-end spectrum of IT Services. Having travelled 20 countries (across Americas, Europe and APAC), understands the Insurance industry trends and the client needs very well. Tracking the Digital trends and the evolving needs of end customers can advise and sell consultatively. Worked with Tier-1 IT companies (TCS and Cognizant) over 2 decades.

Performed client facing & business development roles in US, Canada, Brazil, Argentina & Europe. Performed delivery and portfolio management roles for global top customers in Americas & Europe. Proven track record of success in fulfilling the customers’ transformational needs. Jeevan holds Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science Bangalore and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from VJTI Mumbai.

Akash Kamat

Akash has over 9 years of experience in software development and consulting and regulatory reporting. He is working as the Director of Innovation and new trends in software and technology, predominantly in Guidewire. Akash has worked at HSBC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Goldman Sachs and Infosys in multiple technologies and domains. Akash has handled multiple roles and responsibilities as a developer and architect, and as financial analyst and a Subject Matter Expert in fixed income securities. Akash has a B.E. in Electronics and Communication and a PDGM in Banking and Financial Services. Akash has keen interest in solving puzzles, playing video games and 3D Printing.
